The Villa Romeo & Julia is located approximately 2 km away from the sea on the dream island of Brač near Split in Central Dalmatia and has two fully furnished apartments on the upper and lower floors. In total, the house can accommodate up to 9 people. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room, and can accommodate 4 or 5 people. Additionally, each unit has a separate entrance and its own private and spacious terrace.
The house features a beautiful property with a 32 sqm large and heated pool and a very spacious outdoor seating area with plenty of privacy. An outdoor kitchen with a grill, ceramic hobs (4 plates), dishwasher, sink, and sauna is located in the garden house. This provides a relaxed dining and lounging experience from morning until evening with a view of the pool, the sea, and the beautifully landscaped property. After the stunning sunset, you can enjoy the illuminated skyline from Split to Omiš on the horizon. There is plenty of space for children to play in the nearby area. The house is located in a traffic-calmed area and features SAT TV and W-LAN (WiFi) network.
Fresh bread and pastries await you every morning throughout the year at the small convenience store (Studenac) located about 200m away from the house. The small supermarket is open year-round and sells fresh baked goods and the essentials for eating every morning. Next door is also a café and bar. Other shops such as Lidl, Konzum, DM, Tommy, KIK.. restaurants, bars, and even a hospital with pharmacies can be found in the neighboring town of Supetar on the island of Brač. The nearest beach can be easily reached by car in about 7 minutes from the house.

The island of Brač
